Thank you for coming to be part of my life

Let the music play, bring you love and light

A lifetime of memories, and you were all there

Filled with gratitude, all because of you

An appreciation of thankfulness beyond all words

Then I can’t express just how much I cherish

And all the good times and the reasons to the rhymes

Growing up together

Ooh the victories and failures you never let me stand alone

Delightfully altered and beautifully skewed

So many roads cities and years

So many smiles frowns and tears

Be it by van, bus or plane

So you can watch me do my thang

All the miles we traveled to celebrate

Without you, I wouldn’t have made it this far in life

Manifest the dream all for you to see.

And when it came to story time, you listened intently to my every line

Helped me write the book come alive

Up and over the hump with the kick-starter campaign

Envelopes of roses and a special thanks to you

Gracious for every dollar to make my dream come true

Feeling so blessed cause you helped me pass the test

You were there to catch me before I hit the ground

Bunching up together, hands up for the stage dive 

And then you tossed me right back up

to the top of the crowd

Back up on the stage now so that I could sing aloud

And when they tried to shut me down, you had my back and gave support

Through the ugly lawsuit, stage dive lawsuit

So put on your white gloves and join the parade

With your approval, I’m certified and made one of the many reasons to be cheerful and celebrate

All the marquees, photos, and connects

A reason to rebel with no regrets

We all must realize, with feet on the ground and heads towards the sky

To revolutionize and open up some eyes
